3 Ingredient BBQ Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large salmon filet
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup of BBQ sauce

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place the salmon skin side down in the middle of a foil lined pan
  2. Sprinkle your salmon with salt and pepper then pour on your BBQ sauce covering the whole salmon. (I spread mine around with a spoon)
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (or until salmon is cooked through – check the thickest spot)
  4. Add more BBQ sauce on the side when serving.
