Avocado Ice Candy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large avocado’s
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • ½ can condensed milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • ice candy plastic bags

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a blender place evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, water and avocado’s then blend until mixed together.
  2. Using a funnel pour the blended mixture into the ice candy plastic bags. Tie tightly and do with the remaining mixture.
  3. Freeze then serve.
Notes:
This should be so sweet and it’s meant that way, the freezing process will lessen the sweetness.
