- 3 pork tenderloins
- 3 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let it marinate the pork for 45 minutes.
- Place marinated tenderloins on a rack covered in tin foil. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes on each side. Baste occasionally with marinade.
- Remove, cool and slice meat crosswise into thin slices
