BEEF AND WHITE LEEK MARINATED IN VINEGAR Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 160 g beef round
  • 2 tsp sake
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ white leek
  • 10 prickly – ash leaves

Vinegar dressing:

  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Open beef flat and sprinkle with sake and soy sauce then cook in pan.
  2. Cut into bite – size pieces.
  3.  Cut white leek into pieces then cut lengthwise into halves.
  4. Coarsely chop prickly – ash leaves then mix ingredients for vinegar dressing.
  5.  Place beef in small serving bowl topped with sake and soy sauce then garnish with leek.
