- 1 kilo beef tenderloin, cut into strips
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil
- Sauce the garlic and onions then add sliced tomatoes, beef, soy sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper then bring to a boil.
- Let it simmer until beef is tender.
