Bipstik Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilong karneng baka
  • ¼ kilong arina
  • Asin at paminta
  • Sibuyas na ginayat
  • ½ tasang tubig
  • 1 tasang katas ng kamatis

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Ihudhod ang laman ng karne sa harinang may asin at sili. Paluin ng maso ang laman sa likod ng itak. Prituhin sa mantika.
  2. Isama ang sibuyas, tubig at katas ng kamatis. Takpan at pakuluin sa loob ng 1 ½ oras hanggang lumambot ang laman. Bilingin paminsan-minsan.
