Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4oz crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup low- fat yogurt
  • 1 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients except blue cheese in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add blue cheese and pulse 2-3 times.
