Breaded Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilo beef tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ¼ tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1 beaten egg

Cooking Instructions:

  1.  Cut beef into thin slices then season with salt, calamansi  juice, and pepper then let it stand for ½ hour.
  2. Dip in beaten egg: roll on bread crumbs  then deep fry until golden brown.
