- ½ kilo beef tenderloin
- 1 tbsp salt
- ¼ tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp calamansi juice
- 1 beaten egg
- Cut beef into thin slices then season with salt, calamansi juice, and pepper then let it stand for ½ hour.
- Dip in beaten egg: roll on bread crumbs then deep fry until golden brown.
