Cajun Catfish With Fruit Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6  fillets  catfish
  • 1   tbsp  butter,  melted
  • 1   tbsp  Cajun  seasoning
  • 2    medium  navel  oranges,  peeled,   sectioned  and   diced
  • 1    Cup  diced  cantaloupe
  • ½   cup  honeydew
  • 2   tbsp  lime  juice

Cooking Instructions:

  1.  Brush  both  sides  of  fillets    with  butter  then  sprinkle  with  Cajun  seasoning.
  2.  Broil  for  8-10  minutes  then  a  small    bowl,  combine  remaining  ingredients  for  salsa.
