- 2 cups grated cassava
- 11/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 11/2 cup grated cheese
- Mix cassava, coconut milk, eggs, water. And sugar thoroughly. Put in a square pan.
- Sprinkle grated cheese evenly on top.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until cassava mixture is firm when tested with a fork.
- Slice into squares before serving. Wrap each square in wax paper, if desired.
