- 1 can condensed milk
- 2cups sugar
- 2cups cassava flour
- 2tbsp creamer
- 4L water
- boil the 4L water with sugar and milk dilute the cassava flour in a separate container with 1cup water then pour in the 4L boiling water. mix continuously.
- dilute the creamer in a separate container with half cup of water then pour in the 4L boiling water
mix all together until smooth and the flour are cooked.
- keep cool. after cooling make the cookies and cream like a crumble and mix in the fluids. Start packing.
