Cuchinta Recipe



  • 1 cup rice, soaked overnight in 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lijia

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Grind soaked rice fine.
  2. Add sugar and lijia.
  3. Mix well-blended.
  4. Put into small cups and steam 10-20 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Slice and serve with grated fresh coconut.
