Curried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • 1 onion chopped

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in curry powder, slightly beaten egg, salt, pepper and cayenne
  3. 3. Mix in hot rice. Sprinkle with chopped olives if available
