Fruity Yogy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc (small) Red Apple (diced with peel and soak in fruit cocktail syrup )
  • 2 packs (125 ml each) Strawberry Yogurt
  • Ground Cinnamon (or cocoa, optional)
  • 1 can (832 grams) Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail (drained, reserve syrup)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Drain apple. Combine with DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail and yogurt. Chill.
  2. Serve with cinnamon or cocoa sprinkles if desired.
  3. Makes 9 servings

Cooking Tools Needed:

  1. Bowl
  2. Wooden Spoon
  3. Chef’s Knife
  4. Chopping Board
  5. Strainer

Lusog Notes: This chicken dish contains niacin, which is good for the digestive tract and skin.
