Honey & Mustard Marinated Pork Chops Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons mustard (your favorite)
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tblsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 7 – 1 inch thick pork chops
  • 4 tblsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place pork chops in a bowl with marinade and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or as long as overnight.
  2. Heat a large frying pan and place pork chops in frying pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, turning only once.
