Kosido

Ingredients:

  • ¼ kilong karneng baboy na may taba
  • ¼ kilong karneng baka
  • 2 tsoriso
  • ½ tasa ng garbansos
  • 2 sibuyas
  • 6 na petsay
  • 6 na dahon ng repolyo
  • 4 na saging na saba
  • 2 patatas

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Hiwain ang karneng baboy at baka at ilaga hanggang lumambot. Hiwain ng maninipis ang tsoriso, talupan ang patatas, at hiwain ang sibuyas.
  2. Hatiin sa 2 ang dahon ng petsay at saging, isunod ang karne at tsoriso. Timplahan ng paminta at toyo at pakuluin hanggang lumambot. Ilagay ang tubig na pinagbabaran ng atsuete. Alisin sa lutuan kung malambot na ang karne.
