Lapu-Lapu (Pamamaraang Timog America) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ librang lapu-lapu
  • 1 sibuyas na tinadtad
  • 2 kutsarang mantika
  • 1 latang katas ng kamatis
  • 6 na malaking nilagang kamatis na inalisan ng balat
  • ¼ kutsaritang “cayenne”
  • 1 malaking siling parasko (luntian) hiniwang mahahabang maninipis)
  • 1 kutsaritang tinadtad na parsley
  • ½ kutsaritang “worcestershire sauce”
  • 1 kutsaritang asukal asin at paminta

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Alisin ang laman ng isda at hiwaing pakudrado. (2 pulgada kubiko).
  2. Palambutin ang sibuyas sa mantika at isama ang kamatis.
  3. Pakuluin sa atay-atay na apoy hanggang lumapot ang sabaw. Isamang lahat ng mga sangkap. Isama ang isda. Iwasan itong manikit.
