- 1 stalk fresh lemon grass, cut into 3 inched and crushed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups hot water
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 7 thin slices fresh ginger
- 3 bags green tea
- In a pot, bring water, sugar, ginger, and lemon grass to a boil. Take off heat and add green tea bags; let steep about 4 minutes.
- Let it cool, add lemon juice and pour through a fine strainer into glass. Add ice and serve.
