Pork Chinese-Style Recipe


  • 2 pounds pork loin
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic


  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinate the whole pork loin for 30 minutes or more in a large pot. Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender (about 30 minutes). Serve hot with the marinade.
