- 1 1/2 cups rice flour
- 1/3 cup besan flour
- 1 tsp. cumin seeda
- 2 tsp.chili powder
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 1 cup coconut milk
- oil for deep frying
1) Combine sifted flour, seeds, and chili in medium bowl.
2) Rub in margarine, Make well in center.
3) Step in enough coconut milk to form a soft dough.
4) Spoon dough into piping bag fitted with small star tube.
