Rice Flour Crisps Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rice flour
  • 1/3 cup besan flour
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeda
  • 2 tsp.chili powder
  • 1 tsp. margarine
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine sifted flour, seeds, and chili in medium bowl.
  2. Rub in margarine, Make well in center.
  3. Step in enough coconut milk to form a soft dough.
  4. Spoon dough into piping bag fitted with small star tube.
