Sinigang na Isdang may Katuray Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tasang sabaw-sinaing
  • 1 pirasong luya (maliit)
  • 1 isda (bangos o hito o bulig)
  • 3 sampalok
  • 1 ½ tasang dahon ng katuray
  • 1 kutsarang asin
  • 1 kutsarang patis
  • Betsin
  • 1 kamatis

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Linisin ang isda at ilagay muna sa isang tabi. Pakluan ang sampalok sa tubig at kapag luto na, hanguin at ligisin.
  2. Samantala, ilagay ang isda, hiniwang kamatis at ang katas ng sampalok.
  3. Kapag kumukulo na, ilagay ang iba pang sahog na dahon ng katuray.
  4. Pabayaang kuluan pang sandali at ihain nang mainit.
