Warm Spinach Salad With Tuna Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 2.5 oz canned light tuna
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 medium clove garlic
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste in a small sauce pan and heat.
  2. Drizzle over spinach leaves and top with tuna.
