If we talk about the pure distilled water, it is at 7 which means it is neutral.

The parts of our body has various pH levels. The natural blood pH level should be between at 7.35 and 7.45, which means that the blood of our body must be slightly alkaline. The stomach of our body should be at 3.5 acidity for it helps the food to digest and break down easily.
