How can you define acidity? People might have different ideas about it. To give you idea, a high level of acidity is 0 pH, neutral is 7 pH, and alkaline is 14 pH. The acid of the battery is at 0 which means it is very acidic, while the liquid drain cleaner is at 14 which means it is alkaline. If we talk about the pure distilled water, it is at 7 which means it is neutral.

The parts of our body has various pH levels. The natural blood pH level should be between at 7.35 and 7.45, which means that the blood of our body must be slightly alkaline. The stomach of our body should be at 3.5 acidity for it helps the food to digest and break down easily.

Someone can feel whether they are acidic or not. If you feel that you are high in acidity, then, maybe it is the right time to change your lifestyle, especially in your diet.
