Maggisa ng bawang, sibuyas at luya. Isama ang laman ng manok at sabawan. Takpan at pakuluin .Paglambot ng manok, isama ang hinugasang malagkit, alisin sa apoy at isama ang dahon ng sibuyas o sinangag na kasubha.
