
Ingredients.
- 3 cups of L.O rice
- 1 pc tomato
- 1 pc onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup of shrimp paste
- 1 pc green mango
- 1 pc chili (optional)
- Spring onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- Oil for saute
Procedure.
- Heat the pan with oil then sauté the garlic and onion until translucent.
- Add the tomato, mango and shrimp paste. Mix well
- Add the chili and season with salt , pepper and sugar.
- Add the L.O rice and mix it well until well cooked.
- Serve while hot and garnish with spring onion. Enjoy
