- ½ k beef
- 1 head garlic
- 2 pieces bay leaves
- 1 tbsp. peppercorns
- 1tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- salt to taste
- white pepper to taste
- Slice the beef into ¼ inch thick slices
- Marinate the beef in garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce or 2 to 3 hours.
- Heat the grill and sear the beef slices. Serve immediately.
