Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies (No Bake) Recipe
One of Panlasang Pinoy’s goals is to create easy-to-follow and easy-to-cook recipes so everyone won’t be intimidated to try them. So, in this recipe, we will only need a total of ten (10) ingredients. All of which can be easily found at your local markets and grocery store. Are you ready? Alright! Let’s start making the No-Bake Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies!
For the ingredients, we’ll need melted butter, condensed milk, brown sugar, vanilla, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and the stars of the dish, chocolate chips, and banana!
Firstly, mash the bananas well in a single bowl. Then, add the melted butter, condensed milk, brown sugar, and vanilla. Make sure to mix them well!
Next, we will now be combining all of the dry ingredients including the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix them all well until each ingredient is fully incorporated with the other.
Now, simply combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients! Mix them well until you reach the consistency of a dough mixture. After that, simply add the chocolate chips. If chocolate chips are not readily available, you can also opt to use the regular dark or milk chocolate bar. Just chop them up into bite sizes then add them into the mixture!
Now that you’ve successfully combined all of the ingredients, set them aside for a while then prepare all of the necessary equipment. You’ll be needing a wire stand, parchment paper, and of course, a pan!
Once you’ve prepared all of the necessary equipment, simply scoop ½ tablespoon of the Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. Shape it into a ball then flatten it. Now, you have to place each cookie dough in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper neatly. Next, put a wire stand inside the pan. Preheat the pan for ten (10) minutes over medium heat. Once the cookie dough is all neatly arranged, put a baking sheet on top of the wire stand.
Finally, cover the pan and cook the delicious Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie for about twenty-five (25) minutes over medium to low heat. Remember, it’s perfectly normal for a freshly cooked cookie to feel a bit soft, but just give it time to cool down and it will harden. But don’t worry, it will be soft and chewy! And voila! You successfully made your own Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies (No Bake) at home!
So, how about that? Very quick and easy, right? You can always be creative and level up your own homemade cookies! You can try using Nutella and bananas, peanut butter, and cream cheese.
