Batchoy RecipeMarch 1, 2014March 9, 2015 Panlasang Pinoy Recipes No commentsIngredients:1 head garlic, crushed2 medium-size onion, sliced½ k. pork, sliced into strips¼ k. pork liver, sliced into strips1 green papaya, sliced into strips1 finger pepper2 packs misua noodlesCooking oil4 cups waterSugar to tastePepper to taste2 tbsp. fish sauceCooking Instructions:Heat oil and sauté garlic, onion and pork. Sauté for 5 to 10 minutes.Add water and all the other ingredients except the misua noodles.Season with sugar, pepper and fish sauce according to taste.
