• 2 lb fillrt of beef
  • Clove or 3 garlic
  • 3 – 4 large sheets filo pastry
  • Melted butter/ olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut garlic into slivers and stab beef then push slivers into the stab wounds then brown the fillet of beef in frying pan.
  2. Briefly roast for 10 minutes and chill for 30 minutes in wrap.
  3. Brush with melted butter then roast for 20 minutes
