• 1 kilo beef, cut into cubes
  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 bundle pechay
  • 1 small cabbage, quartered
  • 5 onions, diced
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp patis
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 10 corns black pepper
  • 1 liter water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic and onions then add water, beef, black pepper, and patis then bring to a boil then let it simmer for an hour or until the beef is tender.
  2. Add potatoes and continue to simmer until potatoes are cooked.
  3. Add cabbage then pechay then add salt and pepper to taste
