• ½ kilo beef sirloin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 big red onion, sliced thinly

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, calamansi, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. Stir – fry beef until cooked and tender then set aside.
  3. Saute onion rings in oil then serve beef in a platter topped with onion rings.
