Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
- 4oz crumbled blue cheese
- ½ cup low- fat yogurt
- 1 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients except blue cheese in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add blue cheese and pulse 2-3 times.
