Cajun Catfish With Fruit Salsa Recipe
- 6 fillets catfish
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 medium navel oranges, peeled, sectioned and diced
- 1 Cup diced cantaloupe
- ½ cup honeydew
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Brush both sides of fillets with butter then sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
- Broil for 8-10 minutes then a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients for salsa.
