Cheesy Cassava Squares Recipe


  • 2 cups grated cassava
  • 11/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 11/2 cup grated cheese

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix cassava, coconut milk, eggs, water. And sugar  thoroughly. Put in a square pan.
  2. Sprinkle grated  cheese evenly on top.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until cassava mixture is firm when tested with a fork.
  4. Slice into squares before serving. Wrap each square in wax paper, if desired.
