- 1 kilo chicken, cut into serving pcs.
- salt, pepper, vetsin to atse
- flour for dredging
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup ham, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and vetsin. Dredge chicken in flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside. Saute onions and tomatoes in margarine. Add chicken, liquid and simmer until thick. Add ham and grated cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve hot.
