To prepare marinade; Mix brown sugar, soy sauce. Calamansi juice, oil, garlic, pepper and ketchup in a bowl.Skewer chicken, pineapple chunks and tomato quarters alternately with bamboo sticks.Roast over hot coal or electric grillBaste kebabs with marinade occasionally.
