Chocolate Crinkles Recipe
One of the major reasons why chocolate crinkles have long been a popular business recipe is because the ingredients required to make them are very affordable and can easily be bought from local markets and grocery stores. With a cheap price for its ingredients and minimal manpower required, it’s really worth trying because the profits in selling can become double or even triple! See, it just proves that everyone, even beginners, can absolutely make this work. So, shall we begin?
To start, the ingredients we’ll need include melted chocolate, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, eggs, baking powder, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, vegetable oil, and finally, white sugar and powdered sugar for the toppings. Each of these ingredients is readily available at the nearest baking supplies store in your area.
Let’s now prepare our crinkles mixture! First of all, we should begin by preheating the oven at 175 C before setting up the ingredients. In a clean mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix them all together until thoroughly incorporated with each other. In another mixing bowl, let us now mix all of the wet ingredients including eggs, vegetable oil, melted chocolate, and some cocoa powder. Stir well until you reach the consistency you want.
After that, it’s now the perfect time to combine both the dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Use a spatula to mix both mixtures well until they are thoroughly incorporated. Once done, we can now proceed with scooping up according to the preferred serving size. To do that, simply scoop about one tablespoon of the batter, roll it with the powdered sugar and white sugar, and carefully place it on the baking tray lined with clean parchment paper.
Repeat this process until a full batch is complete in the oven. Place the baking tray inside the oven and let it cook for at least 12 to 15 mins. And that’s it! If there’s some leftover batter, you can store it in the freezer in the meantime and just bake it the next day so it won’t go to waste. See? It’s that easy! Just like that, you’ve successfully made your own version of the Chocolate Crinkles Recipe.
Conclusion
Easy, huh? In just 30 or 40 minutes, tops, you’ve already created a delicious dessert that will surely be a hit for your family, especially kids! Once you’ve mastered it, you can also figure out how to sell it and start your small business anytime anywhere.
