Clams With Ginger (Ginisang Halaan) Recipe

- 1/2 kilo clams
- 2 thumb size of ginger (crushed)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a wok. Saute onion and garlic then add ginger.
- Add clams and water then cover.
- Cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Serve hot in a bowl.
