Cookies and Cream Ice Candy Recipe


Cooking Instructions:

  1. boil the 4L water with sugar and milk dilute the cassava flour in a separate container with  1cup water then pour in the 4L boiling water. mix continuously.
  2. dilute the creamer in a separate container with half cup of water then pour in the 4L boiling water
    mix all together until smooth and the flour are cooked.
  3. keep cool. after cooling make the cookies and cream like a crumble and mix in the fluids.  Start packing.
