- 3 to 4 pcs. Large hito ( catfish )
- 2 tbsps. Ground pepper
- ½ cup flour
- Cooking oil for deep – frying
- Clean the hito well and dredge in flour.
- Season with pepper.
- Deep – fry until crispy. Serve immediately.
- Note: Hito is already fatty and may need less cooking oil when deep – fried. Use judgment for the right amount of cooking oil to use.
