Fried Bangus

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg cleaned and boneless bangus
  • salt
  • 1 cupvegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Season bangus with salt.
  • Preheat oil in large pan and pan fry bangus for 4 minutes per side.
  • Transfer into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Transfer into a plate and serve.
