Pork Hamonado Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of Pork belly (cut into serving size)
  • 3 pcs Star anise
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc White onion
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice
  • 1½ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Peppercorn
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients into a cooking pan and let it boil.
  2. When boiling turn the heat into medium and cook for 1 hour or until the pork is soft.
  3. When the pork is soft, turn the heat into high flame for 10 minutes to reduce and thicken the sauce.
  4. Serve while hot . Enjoy
