Bibingkang Bigas Niluto Gamit ang KAWALI - Must Try Filipino Delicacy
  • ½ cup of Glutinous flour
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 pcs. raw eggs
  • 2 pcs. salted duck egg sliced
  • Slice cheese for toppings
  • Pre-cut banana leaf
  1. Preheat the cooking pan to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine rice flour, baking powder, and salt then mix well. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl mix the coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and butter then mix well.
  4. Gradually add the mixture into dry ingredients and then continue mixing.
  5. Arrange the pre-cut banana leaf on a molder.
  6. Pour the mixture on the mold and the salted eggs and slice cheese toppings.
  7. Bake into cooking pan for 30 minutes until cook.
  8. Toppings with grated cheese and grated coconut.
  9. Serve. Share and enjoy!
