Ginataang Hito (Hito with Coconut Milk) Recipe
- 2 medium-sized hito, cleaned well and cut into smaller pieces.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup sliced onion
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped oil for sautéing.
- Salt to taste
- In a frying pan, sauté garlic.
- When garlic turns brown, add onion.
- When onions are transparent, add coconut milk and allow to boil.
- Add fish and salt, then cover the skillet.
- Simmer until coconut milk becomes greasy.
