Greek Salad Recipe


  • 4 cups salad greens
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped olives
  • ½ cup garbanzo beans
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine  first five ingredients.
  2. Toss with olive oil  and vinegar, and add salt and pepper to taste.
