Gusto mo bang Lumaki ang iyong Fried Chicken? Ganito ang gawin mo siguradong lalaki at MASARAP PA!


  • chicken leg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup fish sauce
  • 10 pcs calamansi (squeeze)
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 2 pcs egg
  • 1 big pack breading mix
  • 2 cups flour
  • Oil for frying


  1. Slice the chicken legs to make it big.
  2. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, fish sauce and calamansi. Mix well
  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours or more.
  4. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the flour with paprika, pepper and crispy fry. Mix well
  6. Dip the chicken into beaten eggs.
  7. Then dip into mix breading’s until coated.
  8. Deep fry the breaded chicken until crispy and golden brown.
  9. Fried again into second time to make juicy and crispy.
  10. Served with your favorite gravy. Enjoy
