I sure hope you are because we’ll now be cooking one of the best-tasting Paellas of your life!

To begin, the ingredients we’ll need for our recipe today are tomato paste, uncooked rice, tomato, bell pepper, onion, black olives, garlic, green onion leeks, Saffron (Kasubha), salt, pepper, butter, water, lemon, parsley, and the seafood superstars, mussels, clamshells, and squid. Take note that the clamshells and mussels in our ingredients must already be pre-cooked for best results!

Alright, the first thing we need to do is to wash all the ingredients thoroughly and cut them accordingly starting with the vegetables. After that, we can now proceed with sauteing. Simply heat the pan and add a generous amount of butter then saute the onion and garlic until the pleasant fragrances are released. Then, add the other vegetables namely the tomato, bell pepper, and onion leeks. You should also throw in the squid so it starts cooking nicely. Stir all of the ingredients well to incorporate all of the flavors with one another. After a while, you can now season the mix with tomato paste and a pinch of salt and pepper then keep on stirring them all well.

The next thing we have to do is to add the mussels, clamshells, black olives, and water. Then, add some chopped parsley and lemon. Make sure to cover the mixture to let the ingredients cook well. After a minute, simply remove the cover and keep on stirring. This is the part that you remove the mixture from the pan and start cooking the rice.

You can now add the tomato paste again, Kasubha, rice, and water. Stir them all well and let the rice cook on low heat. Now, you have to frequently stir the Paella until the water is reduced. Once that happens, top the mixture with the saute seafood mixture, cover it with foil, and just let it cook. And that’s it! You have now successfully made your own version of the famous Paella! Make sure to serve the dish hot for best-tasting results.
