
Ingredients.
- 250 grams ground pork
- 2 pcs big squid
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 small piece carrot (chopped)
- 1 pc onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 pcs egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 small pack oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- Chopped spring onion
- Oil for saute
For adobo cream sauce
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Slurry (cornstarch + water)
Procedure.
- Prepare all the ingredients and clean the squid.
- Heat the pan with oil then saute the garlic and onion until translucent.
- Add the ground pork and stir it well.
- Add the chopped carrots and green peas then season oyster sauce.
- Mix well until fully cooked. Let it cool
- Mix with egg, spring onion, flour, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix it well.
- Put the mixture inside of the squid then secure with a BBQ stick.
- Fry until the squid is well cooked.
- Served with Adobo Cream Sauce. Enjoy
Adobo Cream sauce.
- In the same pan where the squid was fried, pour the vinegar, soy sauce and cream.
- Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Thicken with slurry until it reaches the consistency of the sauce.
