- 1-2 avocados, sliced
- 1 can tuna flakes in oil, drained
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
