Creamy Mango Graham Jelly Recipe
Don’t worry! Making this luscious and irresistible dessert doesn’t require much effort and pressure because all of the ingredients we’ll be using can easily be bought in nearby grocery stores and local markets. Also, we will be dividing the procedures into three (3) parts namely the crust, mango layer, and cream layer to make the process simpler and easier to follow. So, shall we?
The ingredients we’ll be using in this recipe are, of course, mango, mango-flavored gulaman, condensed milk, evaporated milk, all-purpose cream, unsalted butter, crushed graham, white gulaman, water, and sugar. Don’t forget to buy the gulaman because it will be a key ingredient for us to successfully make this recipe.
Starting with the crust, we should first thoroughly combine the crushed graham and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Then transfer a generous amount of the crust into each mold. Make sure to flatten at least 2 tablespoons of the crust in the mold because it will serve as the foundation of our dessert. After that, set aside the molds in the chiller.
Now to make the mango layer, combine the mango-flavored gulaman, water, and sugar in a pan. Be sure to stir all of the ingredients well until they’re fully incorporated with each other. Next, add the all-purpose cream, evaporated milk, and condensed milk then mix well. Let the mixture boil for at least 5 minutes. Lastly, pour the mango layer mixture into the molds containing the graham crust. Add some sliced mangoes and let it cool for a while. Oh, remember to leave some space for the cream layer!
We’re almost there! Now to make the cream layer, pour some hot water and white gulaman in a bowl then proceed to stir them well. After that, add the all-purpose cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and sugar into the mixture. Make sure to combine all of the ingredients well. Finally, add the cream layer mixture on top of the mold and finish it off with some sliced mangoes again for the best results! Set the molds aside for at least 2 hours in the chiller before serving them.
And that’s it! Congratulations on adding yet another blockbuster dessert to your menu that will surely become a hit during a family gathering, birthday parties, and reunions. They can even become your go-to takeaways in these celebrations!
